The District Plan is the principal means by which Council seeks to ensure the sustainable management of the natural and physical resources of the district.
The District Plan is published in two volumes, with the second volume containing planning maps. Both volumes can be viewed at Council Offices, District Libraries or Service Centres.
Hard copies can be purchased from the Kapiti Coast District Council main office. If you intend to use the plan for any formal purpose, you should purchase a copy from Council to meet your legal obligations. The cost is $250.00 (plus GST).
