Penalty: Current Rates
A charge of ten percent on so much of any instalment that has been assessed after 1 July 2005 and which is unpaid after the due date.
Penalty: Rate Arrears
A charge of ten percent on so much of any rates levied before 1 July 2005 which remain unpaid on 8 July 2005.
