Development Management

The Council seeks to address growth management pressures in a way that better reflects the community’s vision and concerns.  This has two aspects:

  • how to manage growth pressures from a regulatory perspective; and
  • how to actively encourage development to occur in a way that benefits the community.

Tying everything together is a commitment to inclusive processes and community involvement in design and development decisions.
