District Plan
The District Plan is the principal means by which Council seeks to ensure the sustainable management of the natural and physical resources of the district.
The District Plan is published in two volumes, with the second volume containing planning maps. You can down load the Plan here or viewed them at Council Offices, District Libraries or Service Centres.
Hard copies can be purchased from the Kāpiti Coast District Council main office. The cost is $250.00 (plus GST).
A number of plan changes are currently being considered in relation to the District Plan.
