During 2011 the Council amended the Water Management Activity in the 2009 LTCCP to signal a proposed change to the Revenue and Financing Policy from 1 July 2014 (following the installation of Water Meters in 2012/13 and 2013/14 years) to rate for the water activity by way of a water meter consumption charge for all water consumed from Council's water supply systems.
The 100% private benefit will be funded from water rate charges from 1st July 2014.
Comment on that amendment is made in the Water Management Activity of Part One of the 2011/12 Annual Plan.
