Coastlands Aquatic Centre - Facilities & Location

The aquatic centre will feature a 25 x 25 metre main pool, with separate learners’ pool and toddlers’ pool, hydroslide, spa and sauna.

The main pool is to be 2.4 metres deep, but is planned to feature a 10 metre section of moveable floor which can be raised to create a shallow area suitable for aquarobics, hydrotherapy and other activities and water sports requiring shallower water depth.

Aquatic centre location

The site of the aquatic centre will be to the north-west of the Kāpiti Community Centre. This is to the rear of the Community Centre as approaching from direction of Paraparaumu Library.
