Public Pools
There are three public swimming pools in the Kapiti Coast District, open seven days a week (except Christmas Day and Good Friday).
Raumati and Otaki pools are open all year round, and Waikanae Pool is open from Labour Weekend until the end of March.
Otaki and Raumati Pools are available for hire outside of public and regular user group times at a cost of $50 per hour.
Earlier this year Kapiti Coast District Council’s Swimming Pools were assessed and accredited as PoolSafe.
The Key elements audited were: • Supervision Guidelines • Pool Alone • Water Quality • Emergency Action Plan • Health & Safety |
