Home Visits

Bring your ideas and suggestions along and we'll help you look at options to make the most of your home and its surroundings.  The sooner we can talk about the possibilities available, the better decisions you’ll make about your family home.

New Homes

Lots of sustainable design ideas can be easily incorporated into the design of your new home.  Typically, these are at little extra cost, and will have a huge impact over the lifespan of your building.

Existing Homes

By upgrading your existing home you can make your home warmer and drier and help improve the health of your family.  There are plenty of no or low cost things you can do to reduce your power bills.  These will reduce you impact on the environment and could even increase the resale value of you house.

Phone Consultations

If you have some specific questions on one or two aspects of your home or live outside the Kāpiti area - you can ring for a short consultation.

Presentations

The Eco Design Advisor is available to do presentations on healthy homes to larger groups throughout the Wellington Region.  Bring your questions along and meet him at your home, office, building site or the Council Offices on 175 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu.
