Customer Service Officers-Casual - Ref 077

We are looking for two highly motivated, ‘can do’ individuals to deliver quality customer focussed services. These two casual roles will provide front counter, administrative and call centre back-up support to the Customer Services team in Paraparaumu, Waikanae and Ōtaki. 

To be successful in this role you will be engaging, energetic and approachable and proactive in identifying how we can enhance the service we provide.  You will also be able to demonstrate:-

  • Previous hands-on/frontline experience in a  busy customer service role;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
  • A high level of computer literacy as well as a natural aptitude to pick up new systems;
  • A proven commitment to teamwork;
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills; and
  • Flexibility to work extra hours if required
