  • HR Coordinator/Advisor – Full Time Permanent Position

Kapiti Coast District Council delivers services across a wide range of activities. The Organisational Development team directly supports the Chief Executive by ensuring the organisation is well positioned with appropriately skilled and experienced staff capable of delivering consistent effective and quality services.

Working alongside managers and team leaders, this role provides an excellent opportunity to proactively and innovatively address and resolve HR issues through providing high quality HR service delivery which includes a wide range of ‘hands-on’ operational support services. 

We are looking for someone to join our team who can work collaboratively, has excellent interpersonal skills, knows their way around HR processes and is looking for an opportunity to specialise and grow their HR experience.
