The Hell Pizza Reading Challenge
Celebrate the 2022 New Zealand Book Awards for Children by reading and eating pizza! That's right, read seven books and earn a free 333 pizza from your local Hell Pizza store.
Follow the instructions below, and happy reading will lead to happy pizza eating.
- Pick up a pizza wheel from your local library.
- Borrow Kāpiti Coast District Library books and take them home to read.
- Each time you bring a book back, tell us a little about it to have your pizza wheel stamped.
- When you have read seven books, we will add our library stamp and sign it to complete your pizza wheel.
- Take your completed pizza wheel to your local Hell store to claim your pizza.
Rules
- The Hell Reading Challenge is open to students in Years 1–8.
- Pizzas must be claimed before 31 January 2023.
- Pizza wheels are available while stocks last or until 10 August (the date the book award winners are announced).
June 2022 update: Many of our regular children's programmes are suspended during the current Covid outbreak and current traffic light settings.
We will let you know when regular programmes restart.
We look forward to seeing again you soon!
