Funding workshop for community organisations
Are you a community organisation? This workshop is designed to support organisations like yours by strengthening connections and knowledge in the funding world.
Tuesday 21 April 2021
Ōtaki Presbyterian Church
245 Mill Road Ōtaki
There are five sessions to choose from throughout the day:
- Session one: 9.30–10.30am
- Session two: 10.45–11.45am
- Session three: 12.30–1.30pm
- Session four: 1.45–2.45pm
- Session five: 3–4pm
Booking is essential as spaces are limited. Registrations close Monday 19 April. There are maximum of six registrations per session, to allow for physical distancing should alert levels change.
What to expect
Before the day:
- You will receive a reminder email before the event
- The email will also include basic information from the funders such as what they do and don’t fund, helpful hints and web links
- It is important that you read these before you attend, it will help you decide who to talk to on the day
On the day:
- This workshop has been designed to ensure physical distancing can be followed if needed, so will go ahead in Alert Levels 1 and 2
- A max of 2 people from your organisation can attend (only one needs to register)
- The workshop will be one-on-one style, and you’ll be given 10mins to speak with each funder. These time limits are so everyone gets a chance to talk to each funder.
