Liars, Cheats and Lance - David Howman Tells All

Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Sir Jon Trimmer Theatre, Paraparaumu, Kapiti Coast

FRI 27 MAY 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

"There are cheaters, there are liars and there is Lance Armstrong!" Hear from the Kiwi who exposed the cheats, David Howman.

No athlete in history has ever cheated the system so methodically or behaved in such an unethical manner.

After more than a decade of vehemently denying blood doping and suing everyone who dared to speak up, Armstrong was finally exposed as the biggest cheat of them all.

We are privileged to hear from Wellingtonian David Howman, former Director General of the World Anti-Doping Agency, how he and his team lifted the lid on one of the world's worst systematic doping programmes.

This event is brought to you by the Kāpiti Cycling Club and is open to all sports enthusiasts and everyone who values fair, clean sport.
Proudly supported by Ray Marshall, Harcourts Real Estate

Time: Bar opens 6.30pm, presentation starts 7.30pm

Any proceeds from the event will be allocated to cycling and event promotion by the Kāpiti Cycling Club.

Under Orange setting, no vaccine pass is required, and while masks are encouraged they are not mandatory.
