VENDOR registration opens late Mar 2021 and closes early Oct, MAX sites 250 - single or double sites available (food trucks, cooking & packaged goods under gazebo including off-licence liquor zone).

Kāpiti Food Fair is an annual food & beverage event well known to vendors and visitors. Relax in the bar & wash down your foodie treats and shop to you drop for items to take home to your pantry or for gifts. Talented entertainers will perform all day long.
HEADLINE ACT: AMA Tui Winner for Best Country Artist - JODY DIREEN - a Kiwi Country Pop Singer. Full programme on the Tuatara Stage will be posted closer to the Fair - MC: AJ Crawshaw.
COVID-19: Stay home if you are feeling unwell, scan in using the QR tracer code or sign-in on our manual visitor log. To operate, the Fair needs to be in COVID Alert Level 1. If we are at 2, 3 or 4 in the days leading up to the Fair, we will CANCEL and TRANSFER tickets to the 2022 Fair on Saturday 3 December 2022 or REFUND. Our strong plea to all visitors, vendors, entertainers, crew and volunteers, is to get fully vaccinated, ka pai.
Park on-site or catch the train to Paraparaumu Station and board the Free Bus every half hour.
If local, walk or ride your bike - plenty of bollards & trees to padlock your bike too.

This Fair is a commercial event however we have a social agenda too. On the day, the Fair is supported by Kāpiti Rotary, No 49 Squadron Air Cadets and Kāpiti Coast Hockey Club and in return for their services the Fair owners make a donation to each organisation.
The Fair is a pre-Christmas event providing a commercial opportunity for vendors to package their products for visitors to sample, buy gifts or to simply stock-up their pantry at home. Previous Fairs have attracted vendors selling a variety of artisan and commercial food & beverages, 2021 will be no exception to this.

The Fair was a recipient of the Domestic Events Fund in 2020 and is a current recipient of the Kāpiti Mayor Events Fund and is supported by numerous local business in time & reduced cost of services.
