Having worked together for the last year, four artists and artisans have recently formed this hub in the old Rotary Hall in Ōtaki to display and demonstrate their creative processes during the Arts Trail.

By profession a set decorator and veteran of the film industry, Kathryn has been creating intriguing and very distinctive ceramics for two years, using sgraffito techniques at her home studio in Forest Lakes and at the Otaki Pottery Club.

Working from her home in the beautiful Ōtaki Gorge and at the Ōtaki Pottery Club, Sarah has been making and experimenting with applied ceramics for five years, creating ethereal artefacts to embody stories of nature, human society, and culture.
