Principal Policy Planner - Ref:155

As a leader in the District Planning team, you will provide technical oversight of the entire District Plan work programme; prepare plan changes and provide advice to senior management and Council throughout the plan-making process; mentor other Policy Planners, and undertake research on planning issues affecting the District.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in resource management and/or urban planning
- Thorough knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991
- Demonstrated experience leading plan changes.
