Volume 1: Plan
Volume One of the Proposed Kāpiti Coast District Plan consists of 12 chapters.
Copies of the Proposed District Plan (PDP) can also be read at libraries and service centres or you can request it on CD (at no charge) by telephoning 04 296 4700 or 0800 486 486 or emailing [email protected].
Printed copies or extracts of specific chapters from the PDP can be provided on request.
Withdrawn Provisions
Any amendments made since the PDP was notified on 29 November 2012 have been incorporated into the Plan using strikethrough versions.
