About the role
As a Communications Coordinator, you’ll be part of our in-house team that covers everything from strategic communications and digital content to community engagement and event delivery.
You’ll support the team’s administrative needs and work collaboratively across the group to help deliver communications plans, customer messaging, campaigns, engagement activities and events that bring our work to life.

You're likely a recent communications graduate (or close to it) with a strong desire to launch your career in a real-world setting. You're adaptable, enthusiastic, and bring a fresh perspective. You’re comfortable switching between multiple tasks and you’re ready to learn and contribute from day one.
You’ll also bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of initiative
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with great attention to detail
- An understanding of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, social media platforms, and content management systems (or a willingness to learn)
- Curiosity about AI and new technologies – and how they’re shaping modern communications
- Good judgement and a respectful approach to working in a public sector environment
