Connecting and Preparing for an Emergency! Come and learn about the resources that make a resilient community Hungry? Free community soup (BYO mug and spoon) or bring meat for the charcoal char-b-que. Pātaka Kai food pantry will also be collecting cans and non-perishables. Upskill on what to do if you can't use your loo with composting and charcoal toilets - Learn more about your local Community Emergency Hub, a place to get information and give and receive help after an emergency This free event is brought to you by Paekākāriki Resilient, Paekākāriki School and PTA, Community Board, Paekākāriki orchard and garden, PICI, Pae FM, Pae kai, the Paekākāriki volunteer fire brigade and WREMO. We aim to make our community events inclusive to all people.
