Coastal Strategy

The Coastal Strategy was developed to guide management of the coastal environment. The wider issues of the quality and nature of intervention along the coast have been considered against the community vision and outcomes for the whole coast. The Coastal Strategy determines the management of coastal activities, access, recreation, harvesting, the natural and built environments, and coastal hazards.
