Elected members declaration of interest policy

This policy sets out how our elected and appointed members must declare and manage pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests to support transparent decision-making and meet legislative obligations. It explains what counts as a conflict of interest, how returns are completed and recorded, the role of the Registrar, and the consequences of failing to provide accurate declarations.
