Water Supply Bylaw 2013

The purpose of this bylaw is to help ensure safe and sufficient potable water supplies are delivered throughout the Kāpiti Coast District.
The review of a replacement bylaw is on hold until it can be carried out by the new Water Entity under the Government’s Local Water Done Well programme. In the interim, we propose to re-adopt the existing bylaw without change.
