Meetings and agendas
You can find all Council, committee and community board meeting dates, venues, agendas, minutes and videos of meetings published below. There is a public gallery if you want to attend in person and you can request to speak to elected members at any of our public meetings – see public participation at our meetings.
Council and committee meetings are livestreamed and recorded. Community board meetings are not livestreamed or recorded. This is because the required technology is not available in community board meeting venues.
Agendas and livestream links are available at least two working days prior to meetings.
Note: Before minutes are published to our website, the Council, committee or community board first has to meet to consider the draft minutes and confirm them as a fair and accurate record of the meeting. This is standard procedure and reflected in the standing item ‘Confirmation of minutes’ on each agenda. It's only after this approval process that the full minutes can be published on our website.

You can find agenda and livestream links under 'Current and upcoming events' below, and minutes and recordings for previous meetings under 'recent events'.
You can subscribe to be notified when agendas are published – click 'my subscriptions' below, click on 'manage' and create an account.
