Proposed plan change 1K – Electoral signage
This plan change amends rule SIGN-R2 to align the electoral sign size allowed during the election period (both national and local body elections) with the sign size requirements for election advertisements outlined under the Electoral (Advertisements of a Specific Kind) Regulations 2005.
Status: Appeals period closed (no appeals received).
Pursuant to section 86F of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA), the proposed rules in this plan change must be treated as operative.
