On 14 July 2022, Kāpiti Coast District Council publicly notified District Plan Change 1L: Council site rezoning, and three submissions were received.
A Summary of Decisions Requested was subsequently prepared, and the opportunity to make further submissions was publicly notified on 22 September 2022. A total of 14 further submissions were received.
