Are you a detail‑driven finance professional who takes pride in getting things right the first time? We’re looking for a Financial Transaction Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial transactions that support our organisation and the communities we serve. If you enjoy working with numbers, systems and people, this could be the opportunity for you.

About you | He kōrero mōu

To excel in this role, you will have knowledge in either or both Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to respond effectively to supplier and internal customer enquiries. You will be a collaborative team player who is willing to provide reliable back‑up support across finance functions when required. Confidence using financial systems with strong Excel and digital literacy. Experience processing invoices, refunds, credit transfers and expense claims.

You’ll also bring knowledge of and experience in:

  • Supplier and invoice management
  • Purchase order follow up
  • Magiq would be an advantage
  • Datascape would be an advantage
  • Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential
