Meetings and agendas

You can find all Council, committee and community board meeting dates, venues, agendas, minutes and videos of meetings are published below. There is a public gallery if you want to attend in person and you can request to speak to elected members at any of our public meetings – see public participation at our meetings.

▶️ Council and committee meetings are livestreamed and recorded.

Community board meetings are not livestreamed or recorded. This is because the required technology is not available in community board meeting venues.

From mid-June 2025, accessing our agenda and minutes will look a little different while we transition to a new solution. We're replacing three systems with a new and improved, more cost-effective one making it easier for you to access live-streaming and recordings, download meeting documentation, search meetings by topic, and subscribe to agendas. 

Note: Before minutes are published to our website, the Council, committee or community board first has to meet to consider the draft minutes and confirm them as a fair and accurate record of the meeting. This is standard procedure and reflected in the standing item ‘Confirmation of minutes’ on each agenda. It's only after this approval process that the full minutes can be published on our website.

Meetings are sometimes cancelled for a variety of reasons. Check the meetings calendar for any changes or cancellations.

You can search the tables below to find meetings, agenda, minutes and recordings. They are split into upcoming meetings and recent events for previous meetings.

  • Click on the meeting name to view and download agendas and minutes - click 'download packet'.
  • To view the livestream or recording, click on the camera icon next to the meeting you'd like to watch.
  • To search for a specific meeting or report, enter keywords and select key dates below. You can also refine by using the 'category' drop-down on the right. 
  • Subscribe to agendas to be notified when they're published – click 'my subscriptions' below, click on 'manage' and create an account.
