Yoga in the Park
Waikanae Park, Waikanae, Kapiti Coast

Join us for the 7th year of Yoga in the Park at Waikanae Park on Park Ave! Our classes focus on balance and stability, incorporating breathing exercises, longer holds, and plenty of options to modify poses based on your fitness level. We’ve had kids join us in past years, and if you consider yourself "older," you’re more than welcome, too. This is your practice, so if you’d rather spend the hour in Child’s Pose, soaking in the sounds of the birds, that’s perfectly fine! What to bring: A mat or towel, a hat, and some water. I’ll take care of the rest. Payment Options: Cash Bank transfer (online) Pricing: $15 for a single class $150 for an Outdoor Pass (covers the whole season: Nov to March, 21 classes + additional beach yoga sessions starting in 2026) I can’t wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones this season!
