Yin Yoga & Live Music

90 minutes of Deep Rest. Soft Sound. Inner Stillness.
Take time for yourself and sink into a soothing Yin Yoga practice supported by beautiful live music by Joseph Jenkins on flute and guitar. This slow, calming session is designed to melt tension, soften the body, and quiet the mind.
What to bring:
Your own yoga mat
A blanket
A cushion or pillow
Comfy, warm clothing
Spaces are limited, so please book in advance through the website or email.
Join us for an evening of stillness, spaciousness, and soul-nourishing sound.
