We’re celebrating 25 years of Greater Wellington’s summer events in your regional parks. Explore the heart of this beloved park. Enjoy activities like: Historic tram rides through the park Face painting and crafts for the tamariki Artisan Craft Market will be onsite with stalls. Food trucks with delicious treats Live performers Fairy Cat and her fairy friends will bring magic. This is your chance to experience one of our most iconic regional parks, known for its WWII U.S. Marines Camp history and wetland restoration projects. Pack a picnic, relax by the beach, and make a day of it!
