Explore how to improve your breath, flexibility, circulation, balance and wellbeing with Chair Yoga. A seated, gentle class for all - with a focus on the breath. In the 1-hour sessions, you will learn lots of exercises that you can also practice at home during the week. Lots of options to adjust what you are learning to suit your individual needs.
