Equinox Song and Sound Ceremony

Come and Sing, Sound, and Meditate! Celebrate the profound energy of the Autumn Equinox with a group ceremonial gathering in Paraparaumu. This special 2.5-hour workshop is an opportunity to tune into sacred energies of balance, creation, and abundance. We will explore conscious sounding practices to align your energy system, sing healing chants from various traditions, and enjoy guided vocal improvisation for joy and upliftment. What to Expect: Voice Empowerment: Chanting and singing to co-create a sacred group sound. Energy Practices: Qigong and meditation within a ceremonial framework. Reflection: Guided journaling prompts and intention setting for the Equinox. Deep Relaxation: A dedicated sound bath to bring stillness, peace, and balance. Everyone is welcome; no prior experience or musical skill is required. This session works with Spirit and the forces of Nature to support your process of healing and positive change.
