Deep Rest • Soft Sound • Inner Stillness Slow, nourishing Yin Yoga to release tension Take time for yourself and sink into a soothing Yin Yoga practice supported by beautiful live music by Joseph Jenkins on Piano, Flute and Guitar. This slow, calming session is designed to melt tension, soften the body, and quiet the mind. What to bring: Your own yoga mat A blanket A cushion or pillow Comfy, warm clothing Booking: Spaces are limited, so please book in advance Join us for an evening of stillness, spaciousness, and soul-nourishing sound.
