We do not currently have any dogs available for adoption.
You can still complete our dog adoption form to register your interest for future dogs looking for their forever home.
How the adoption process works
Step 1 — Complete the form
Fill in the dog adoption form with your contact details and information about your home and lifestyle.
Step 2 — We review your application
Our Animal Management team will review your application to see if you may be suitable for a future dog.
Step 3 — We contact suitable applicants
If we have a dog that may suit your home, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Step 4 — Meet the dog
You may be invited to meet the dog before making a final decision.
Step 5 — Final adoption
If the adoption goes ahead, we will confirm the adoption fee and complete the paperwork with you.
Who can apply to adopt a dog?
You may be suitable to adopt a dog if you:
- are over 18 years old
- can provide a safe and caring home
- have enough space and time to care for a dog
- have permission from your landlord if you rent your home.
Some dogs may need secure fencing or special care.
Adoption cost
The adoption fee depends on the dog.
We will confirm the cost at the time of adoption.
What is included
Most adopted dogs will:
- be health checked
- be microchipped
- be registered if required
- have received basic veterinary care.
We will let you know the details for each dog.
How long we keep your application
We keep adoption applications for up to six months.
After this time, you may need to complete a new form if you still want to adopt a dog.
