Independent organisational review 2019
In the 2016–19 term of office, councillors appointed consultants MartinJenkins to carry out an independent organisational review of the Kāpiti Coast District Council. The report was published on 29 June 2020.
The Council is now undertaking a programme of activities developed in response to the MartinJenkins Review. A number of the actions will be subject to new initiatives within the Long Term Plan or Annual Plan being approved. Officers will report back quarterly to Council on progress in implementing the programme of activities.
