Council performance reports

Our Performance Reports give a clear picture of how Council is tracking against our current Long-term Plan. They highlight progress on key projects and initiatives, performance against our measures, financial management, and movement towards our strategic outcomes.

We publish two Performance Reports and one Annual Report each financial year:

Performance Report year to date – 31 October
Covers activity from 1 July to 31 October. This report is adopted by Council in early December.

Performance Report year to date – 28 February
Covers activity from 1 July to 28 February. This report is adopted by Council in early April.

Annual Report
Each year we produce an Annual Report that covers the full financial year from 1 July to 30 June. Unlike the interim reports, the Annual Report is audited. The Annual Report must be adopted by Council no later than 31 October.
