On 18 August 2022, Kāpiti Coast District Council publicly notified District Plan Change 2: Intensification, and 219 submissions were received.
A Summary of Decisions Requested was subsequently prepared, and the opportunity to make further submissions was publicly notified on 10 November 2022. A total of 96 further submissions were received.
