We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Aquatics Frontline Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our aquatic facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal support role that makes a real impact on service delivery and customer experience.
In this key position, you will provide essential administrative, systems, and operational coordination to enable consistent, efficient, and high-quality frontline services.
  
You will work alongside our Frontline and wider Aquatics Team, and report to the Aquatics Frontline Services Manager, an operational leader passionate about delivering excellent community outcomes.
  
Together, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our aquatic facilities while enhancing the experience for our customers and community.

Nā tōu rourou | What you will bring

To excel in this role, you will bring strong administration and coordination experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. You will also hold a current and valid NZ Driver licence.
  
You’ll also bring strong knowledge of and experience in:
  • Administrative coordination, including rostering and timesheet preparation
  • Data management, reporting, and maintaining system accuracy
  • Customer service in a high-volume or service-based environment
  • Using business systems (e.g. rostering, payroll, booking or CRM systems) with confidence
  • Problem-solving and identifying process improvements
  • Retail or stock administration (desirable)
  • Managing customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback processes
  • Building positive working relationships across teams and stakeholders
