Council sells 40 Kiwi Road, Raumati

Council has sold the property at 40 Kiwi Road Raumati as it was surplus to Council’s requirements and required for another public work. The property was acquired by Council in 1958 as a possible future road but it is no longer needed. The money from the sale will be used to reduce future borrowings.
