How to report a non-urgent issue

For all non-urgent issues, either lodge a request through our do it online portal - Report a problem or Antenno. These channels will send your report directly to the appropriate Council team. If you cannot use either of these channels, give us a call.

Option A: Do it online – Report a problem (recommended)

Submit a non-urgent request through our Service Request portal. Use this for issues such as:

  • graffiti or vandalism
  • litter or overflowing bins
  • streetlight or signage repairs
  • roading or footpath maintenance
  • park, track, playground, or reserve issues
  • coastal or beach access concerns
  • non-urgent water, stormwater, or drainage matters
  • abandoned vehicles
  • noise complaints (non-urgent)

Option B: Antenno app

Use a free mobile app that allows you to report issues with a photo and a pinned location.

You can use Antenno anywhere in the district, including Ōtaki Beach, Waikanae Beach, Paraparaumu Beach, and surrounding suburbs.
