This workshop is a specially designed, transformative full day experience of Embodied Astrological Archetypes and Conscious Sound and Voice Practices. On the date of the full moon, the energies of the sun and the moon stand face to face — illuminating both our outer expression and our inner world. In astrology, the sun represents our fullest expression, our vitality, and the way we are here to shine. The moon reveals our emotional landscape, our inner rhythms, and often the fears that arise when we dare to live that full expression. Together, they form a powerful dialogue between structure and flow, logic and emotion, masculine and feminine. In this workshop, Clare will guide you into an embodied exploration of your own sun and moon, inviting you to feel these two archetypes within your body and notice where they support, resist, or balance each other. Bryony will lead you into vocal practices that bring these energies into sound and voice — giving expression to what is often left unspoken. Through voice, you’ll release what holds you back and discover new harmony between your inner and outer selves. This full moon is the perfect moment to unleash the voices of your sun and moon — and to step more fully into clarity, balance, and authentic expression. The timing of this workshop gives you a unique opportunity to tune into these planets and benefit from their placement in the collective astrology. The workshop will begin with the opportunity to explore powerful, enjoyable, accessible Voice Practices which open, align and strengthen your expression - and create physiological changes in your energy field. We will then directly, bodily experience the energies of each of the Celestial Bodies through Embodied Astrology, guided by Clare. We will integrate these energies, through further Voice Practices, including improvisation, healing chants and songs.
