This nurturing, inspiring and deeply enjoyable three day retreat is a fabulous opportunity to dive deep into powerful Voice Empowerment, Singing, Conscious Sounding, Song work, Energy Healing and Visioning - all in peaceful, beautiful natural surroundings in Otaki Gorge, within the frame of the Potent Cosmic Samhain energies of connection, inspiration and alignment. Also included are daily Yoga Sessions, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, Qigong, Cacao Ceremony, Full Moon ceremony, Meditation, an Extra special Sauna experience and Nature connection. This retreat is open to anyone of any level of confidence and skill with their voice. The work will support those who are not confident with their voice and will also give new skills and tools to more confident singers and speakers. Empower yourself through exploring deeply uplifting and energizing practices which enable you to connect with your authentic voice in an embodied way! The powerful and transformative Voice practices will be held within the context of ritual, meditation and profound nature connection - including a healing cacao ceremony. All these practices have a positive effect on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and are a great stress-relieving energizer!! There will also be time and space to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work. All of this will be taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and Energy in a dedicated conscious way for 27 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.
