Booking a sports ground
Kāpiti Coast has 16 parks with field markings for winter and summer sports. They are maintained by the council and used by sports clubs and recreational users.
You can book a sportsground. Schools and sports clubs often book sportsgrounds for games and practices. Businesses and community groups can also book grounds for activities and team-building days.
- Book in advance. Booking in advance means we can ensure the grounds are clean and tidy, service toilets/changing facilities and prevent any double bookings.
- For casual use, there is no charge unless particular field requirements are requested. View sportsground fees here.

Booking a sports ground can be made online or via a printable form from the links below. Seasonal bookings apply to the six month summer and winter codes. Casual bookings are for one off activities.
