LIM (Land Information Memorandum) Charges

A LIM is a document containing all the information we hold about a property. It is important to note that if you are considering selling or buying a property that it may take up to 10 working days to receive your LIM.
To obtain a LIM Report from the Council you must complete the application form available on the property information page. |
