Council performance reports
Our performance reports provide an overview of Council’s performance against the Long-term Plan’s performance measures, key projects and initiatives, our financial management and progress towards our outcomes.
They also set out how we're seen by our most important stakeholders’, our ratepayers. These reports combine three previously separate reports (the Finance Report, the Activity Report and the Residents’ Opinion Survey Report) into one report.
