Are you an experienced property and facilities leader looking to make a real impact in the community?
  
We are looking for a Manager Property and Facilities to join Kāpiti Coast District Council’s Infrastructure and Asset Management Group and lead the strategic management of our diverse property and facilities portfolio. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team and oversee property assets, facilities maintenance, compliance, budgets, contracts and commercial opportunities, while ensuring our community facilities remain safe, fit for purpose and future focused.
  
Reporting to the Group Manager Infrastructure and Asset Management, you'll work closely with elected members, mana whenua, community stakeholders and Council teams to deliver great outcomes for the Kāpiti Coast.
  

Nā tōu rourou | What you will bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in property, asset management, facilities management or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in senior property, facilities, asset or infrastructure management roles.
  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial, financial and strategic thinking capability.
  • Experience managing property portfolios, contracts, procurement and budgets.
  • Current Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
