While the weather’s been more winter woollies and brollies than sunshine lately, there are small signs that spring is on the way – like a rare sight of quadruplet lambs born recently in Te Horo. Celebrating our local heroes at the Kāpiti Good Sorts and Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards last week brought plenty of warm fuzzies, as did the passion and ideas of skatepark users of all ages at our Waikanae skatepark design workshop.
