Booking a sports ground
Kāpiti Coast has 16 parks with field markings for winter and summer sports. These grounds are maintained by the council and used by sports clubs, schools, businesses, community groups and recreational users.
Anyone can book a sports ground for games, practices, event, activities or team-building days. You can make a booking online or by using the paper form linked below.
- Seasonal bookings apply to the six‑month summer and winter codes.
- Casual bookings are for one‑off activities.

How to book
You can make a booking using our online form or print our booking form below and email or send it to us.
- Please submit your booking request at least 2 weeks before your planned event.
- Submitting a booking request does not confirm your booking. We'll contact you to confirm availability.
