Soundscape Series: Lisa Tomlins & Wade Reeve

Lisa and Wade are one of Aotearoa’s finest duos, with a rich and engaging sound. Together, they bring a chemistry that only comes from years of performing at the highest level. If you’re looking for a beautiful and unforgettable musical experience on a Saturday night, their blend of jazz and blues, contemporary pop and soul, and homegrown vibes is the perfect tonic.
Lisa Tomlins: One of New Zealand’s most versatile and sought-after vocalists. From her work with Fat Freddy’s Drop and Fly My Pretties to her powerful solo performances, Lisa’s voice is a force of nature - warm, velvety, and effortlessly soulful.
Wade Reeve: A master of guitar accompaniment, Wade’s intuitive playing seamlessly blends melodic, harmonic and rhythmic grooves, providing the backbone for an evening of musical exploration.
This is not your typical recital, but more of a musical living room session – intimate, authentic, and deeply grooving.
Opening act: Johnny Naisbitt – a singer/songwriter and guitarist from Kāpiti who plays regularly at venues in the wider Wellington region.

These events will take place inside at The Bond Store, Paraparaumu and are seated with general admission.
The Bond Store is located at 21 Birmingham Street, Paraparaumu. It operates as The Tasting Room which serves food and beverages.
