Mat Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates for everyBODY. All levels are welcome as I offer different variations and levels of exercises for different abilities.
Whether you're looking to improve your balance, build core strength, or simply meet some friendly locals, this class is designed for all levels—beginners are very welcome.

I have been practicing Pilates since 2000 and teaching since 2006. I have completed training in

* BASI Global Comprehensive ( all equipment and Mat)
* BASI pre and post-Natal Pilates
* BASI Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies
* BASI Pilates for Dancers
